Feasibility

Feasibility studies and analyses for optimizing the energy balance of the entities involved, with identification of applicable technologies and required investments in support of the REC.

Preparation of all necessary documentation—including, but not limited to, shareholders' agreements and bylaws—for the establishment of the REC.

Management

Governance and management of the REC’s development dynamics throughout its entire incentive period (20 years from establishment.

Provision of management software platforms.
